The Founder and Chief Executive

Dr Xunzhe (Amy) Zhang founded CGEN and is the Chief Executive. She possesses a PhD in Education and has been an academic, professional and leader in the education sector for more than ten years in the UK and China. She has been a member of Institute of Directors. To polish her leadership, she is taking a part-time Executive MBA course at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and is expected to graduate in May 2025.
